Guest Speaker for February

Haley Donaldson is a member of the Park Ridge Wellness team and serves as Kid Power Coordinator and Nutritionist.  Haley holds a bachelors degree from North Carolina State University in Nutrition Science and Biological Sciences and a Professional Science Masters in Nutrition through North Carolina State University's distance education program.  In addition to working with Park Ridge Health's community programs, Haley has worked with the ENERGIZE! Program at Wake-Med and the Poe Center for Health Education in Raleigh, NC.  Haley serves the community by volunteering with Girls on the Run, Trips for Kids, WNC and United Way of Henderson County.

Are you ready to share the past and build the future in 2012? Everything you'll need is right here at your finger tips with your ABWA membership.  As you set your goals for  2012, consider how your membership can enhance your journey each step of the way. As I reflect on the growth  of our SKY-HY Chapter this past year, I am full of gratitude to my incredible board, the committee chairs and each and every member for contributing. It was a WIN WIN year as we used the WIN tools to build a solid foundation in 2011 to strive for Best Practice Level 3. Thanks to our VP Brooke Stambersky for the Binder Project and Brenda Irvin for assisting as part of the first step. Brooke's vision and incredible organizational talents provided us with a GO TO place for everything ABWA related. This single notebook can take the fear out of volunteering at whatever level you're interested in!

I challenge you to spread the good news in 2012 and share the ABWA opportunity with every deserving business woman you come in contact with.
